I spent a decade in operations leadership at Starbucks — managing two stores, a team of 30, and a 28% sales comp. That's where I built the instincts that actually matter in product: thinking in systems, making decisions with incomplete information, and shipping under real pressure.
I wanted to go deeper on the product side, so I completed a Product Management certificate at Thinkful. Then I started building the tools I wished existed as a music producer. That wasn't a pivot — it was a test. Could I take everything I'd learned about operations and product thinking, and use it to build something real? The answer was Soniform.
Soniform is a one-person audio plugin company. I own the entire lifecycle: product strategy, UX design, UI implementation, brand identity, and user testing. Every plugin gets tested in Ableton Live at real session load before it ships. My Boston Terrier Valentino supervises every listening session.
I'm looking for a team where I can bring this same end-to-end ownership to bigger problems — whether that's UX design, product management, or a role where those two things aren't separate.
